Project Coordinator

Opis:

Duties
•day-to-day contact with the company’s clients and suppliers
•handling individual cases unsupervised
•receiving orders and demands from clients
•preparing offers and price quotations for individual clients
•choosing suitable suppliers to handle orders
•checking orders and invoices for jobs
•administrative work related to the business activities of the company

We expect
•at least secondary school education
•active consultation and personal negotiation skills
•communication and organisational skills
•ability to communicate with foreign clients
•excellent knowledge of working with MS-Office programs
•reliability, responsibility, flexibility, independency
•ability to plan and deal with unforeseen circumstances, to analyse, combine and anticipate
•an active approach to new and non-traditional methods
•good spoken and written English language skills, other languages such as German, French or Czech will be an advantage (native Polish is a must)
